The situation

How we manage your IT

A workable plan: what we fix, what we replace, what we leave aside and why.

It all starts with an audit

Managed IT in Belgium starts with an audit: servers, devices, backups, accounts and licences in place. Decorative tools are dropped. Each intervention has a purpose and an owner.

Access stays in your name

The report links tickets, incidents and patches applied. If the inventory is incomplete, we say so before promising a service level.

A realistic intervention plan

We deliver a workable intervention and maintenance plan. Existing equipment is kept when it remains reliable. New purchases are proposed only when the need justifies them.

What we do

Four priorities, ranked for your situation

We do not tackle all four at once. The IT audit shows which one is most urgent, and we start there.

01

Business priorities

We start from the tools your teams use every day, not a generic list.

02

Your accounts

The accounts stay in your name. We operate, you remain administrator.

03

Useful monitoring

Servers, devices, network: only what threatens availability or security.

04

Readable reporting

Tickets, incidents and backups, in a report leadership can read.

Would you rather know what is at risk before you commit a budget?

Describe your environment. We state what is at risk, what it costs to fix, and in which order.

Common questions

What clients ask before an IT contract

How long does the handover of our IT management take?

Monitoring and urgent patches come first. Full documentation depends on your estate. We say this at scoping.

Do you work with our IT staff, or replace them?

Both are possible. In co-management, we define who does what and every intervention stays logged.

Do you also work on site (workstations, servers and office network)?

Yes. When a remote intervention is not enough, a technician visits your premises for hardware, cabling or servers.

How is the scope of a managed IT mandate defined?

In writing, before we start: servers, workstations, network and support. You fund what you need.

Do our administrator accounts, licences and domains stay in our name?

Yes. They are held in your name. We operate, you remain administrator.

Do you work in Belgium and France?

Yes. Head office in Brussels, office in Paris. Each mandate follows the market: language, regulation, local providers.
