Fees are set in a written quote after a first call. They depend on the agreed scope (managed IT, security, cloud, backup or support) and on the number of users. The 48-hour audit is a separate service, priced before any work begins.
One technical counterpart owns the calendar and the written monthly report. The sequence is onboarding, monitoring, priorities, delivery and adjustment. You remain administrator of your accounts, licences and domain names.
You are followed by a single technical manager at DRJ Cloud, from the audit to the follow-up. Teams operate in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the United Kingdom, from the same file.
No. The firm scopes a mandate and service levels, without a bag of hours to consume. If your IT estate or your needs change, the mandate is rewritten.
The 48-hour audit is a ranked written file. Urgent points (backups, access, patches) are handled first, from the start of the mandate. A migration or a compliance project is planned over months, depending on the size of the estate.
Tools support management. They do not replace a diagnosis, a well-kept IT estate or a report that leadership can read. DRJ Cloud operates; you remain owner of the access.
