The situation

How we design your application

An application is a working tool: it has to simplify tasks, not just exist.

Your application is not an isolated tool

We design the architecture, screens, access rights and integrations so the work actually moves forward. Security and mobile are in the scope, not an optional extra.

Code, hosting and access documented

Source code, hosting and access are documented at go-live, so you stay in control.

No needlessly locked technology

Your teams should be able to change a setting. Integrations (accounting, CRM) are listed at scoping, not added at the end.

What we do

Four priorities, ranked for your situation

We do not tackle all four at once. The IT audit shows which one is most urgent, and we start there.

01

User journey

Each screen has a role: enter, check, approve.

02

Speed and mobile

Tested before handover. Not a postponed phase.

03

Documented access

Code, hosting, DNS: you are not trapped behind an obscure login.

04

Logging from day 1

Errors and access logged from go-live.

Would you rather know what is at risk before you commit a budget?

Describe your environment. We state what is at risk, what it costs to fix, and in which order.

The method

Six steps, each with a written deliverable

Each step produces a document you keep, even if the contract ends.

Step 1Specifications

Needs, users, data. Fewer functions, clearer.

Deliverable: specifications and screen plan
Step 2Screens and journeys

Hierarchy, forms, error messages. Mockups or prototype.

Deliverable: diagrams and approved specifications
Step 3Build and integration

Database, APIs, existing software. QA on a staging environment.

Deliverable: tested setup ready for approval
Step 4Performance and security

Response times, cache, a security review that serves your users.

Deliverable: checks documented before and after
Step 5Go-live

DNS, HTTPS, backups, documented administrator access.

Deliverable: go-live and acceptance checklist
Step 6Ongoing support

Fixes, improvements. A written priority list, not a yearly rewrite by default.

Deliverable: documented decisions

Common questions

What clients ask before an IT contract

Will the application be built on existing software, or custom-built?

Depends on the need and your team. We recommend what you can maintain after go-live, not what suits us.

Is application maintenance included in development?

The basics, yes: acceptance fixes, documentation, handover of access. Ongoing maintenance is a separate mandate.

Who hosts the application, and who owns the access?

You, or an EU-based host we document. Not an opaque account in our name only.

Can you take over an existing application?

Yes. We first read the code, the database and the integrations, then decide whether to fix or rebuild.

How long does an application take to deliver?

It depends on the number of screens and integrations. The timetable is written at scoping, with QA steps.

Is the source code handed over to you?

Yes. Code, documentation and access are part of acceptance, so you remain the owner.
