What clients ask before an IT contract
Do you also manage on-premises servers, or only the cloud?
On request, yes. The cloud mandate stays separate: hosting, migration, monitoring.
Is Microsoft Azure too expensive for our size?
The cost can be higher. We recommend it when your needs justify it, not by reflex.
Who administers the servers once migrated?
Us, your in-house IT staff, or both. Every intervention is logged.
Do the cloud subscriptions stay in our name?
Yes. We operate via delegated access. You remain administrator.
Do we have to sign an annual contract to work with you?
No. We define a written scope. You fund the agreed services.
Do you work in Belgium and France?
