How the 48-hour IT audit runs

The 48-hour IT audit is an operational diagnosis. We review workstations, servers, backups, access and licences, as well as existing documentation. You receive a write-up: what is blocking, what can wait, and what is reasonable to start.

No annual contract obligation. If backups are not tested, we say so before any purchase. Read access lets us review your systems, not take them over.

FAQ

Common questions

Is the audit free?

No. It is a scoped project. The price is stated in writing first. It does not require a monthly contract.

Do you need passwords?

No. Read access is enough. You remain the administrator.

And after?

You keep the write-up. If you start a monthly contract, the audit is the starting point. If not, it stays yours.

Do our administrator accounts, licences and domains stay in our name?

Yes. They are held in your name. We operate, you remain administrator.

Do we have to sign an annual contract to work with you?

No. We define a written scope. You fund the agreed services.

Do you work in Belgium and France?

Yes. Head office in Brussels, office in Paris. Each mandate follows the market: language, regulation, local providers.

How long does the 48-hour IT audit take?

48 working hours once read access is granted. You receive a ranked write-up, with no obligation to continue.

How does a mandate with DRJ Cloud start?

A first call, then a written audit. Diagnosis first, projects second.
