The situation

How we equip your teams and offices

We replace what needs replacing, we keep the rest in service, and we tell you which of the two we did.

We start by taking stock of your existing devices

We record the age, condition and warranty of each device. PCs, laptops, servers, printers: one need at a time.

Replacement is not a reflex

If a device can still serve, we propose a reasoned upgrade and we say so.

The equipment stays yours

The inventory shows what is current, what is out of warranty, what we retire.

What we do

Four priorities, ranked for your situation

We do not tackle all four at once. The IT audit shows which one is most urgent, and we start there.

01

Written requirement

Which use, which user, which lifespan.

02

A device for each use

Office, travel, design or workshop. Not one model for everyone.

03

Honest advice

A device that still works well stays in service. We do not impose a brand.

04

Managed end of life

Take-back, certified data erasure and recycling.

Would you rather know what is at risk before you commit a budget?

Describe your environment. We state what is at risk, what it costs to fix, and in which order.

Common questions

What clients ask before an IT contract

Do you take back our old devices?

Yes. We collect them, erase their data with a certificate, then recycle them.

Imposed brand?

No. We start from your devices, or a documented standard model.

Hardware and managed IT together?

Often. We supply the devices, and managed IT then monitors them.

Do our administrator accounts, licences and domains stay in our name?

Yes. They are held in your name. We operate, you remain administrator.

Do we have to sign an annual contract to work with you?

No. We define a written scope. You fund the agreed services.

Do you work in Belgium and France?

Yes. Head office in Brussels, office in Paris. Each mandate follows the market: language, regulation, local providers.
