The situation

How we protect and restore your data

A backup is planned, tested and proven like any other security measure.

Backup is a form of insurance

We scope the data (servers, Microsoft 365, workstations), the frequency, the retention period and the proof. A backup that is never tested offers no real protection.

Restoration is evidenced

Without a test, a backup is only an assumption. The report says so plainly.

We handle the whole backup setup

We run the setup: scheduling, immutable off-site copy, alerts, follow-up. Management knows which data is protected, where and since when.

What we do

Four priorities, ranked for your situation

We do not tackle all four at once. The IT audit shows which one is most urgent, and we start there.

01

The 3-2-1 rule

Three copies, two media, one off site. A single copy is not enough.

02

Immutable copy

Location, retention, protection against deletion: written before go-live.

03

Proof of restoration

Scheduled tests, written results. Any failure is reported.

04

One owner

One contact for set-up, restore tests and reporting.

Would you rather know what is at risk before you commit a budget?

Describe your environment. We state what is at risk, what it costs to fix, and in which order.

Common questions

What clients ask before an IT contract

Do you also back up Microsoft 365?

Yes, when the scope includes it. Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams are then covered.

Can you restore a single file?

Yes. A single file, a mailbox or a whole server, as required.

Where are the backups stored?

In data centres located in the European Union. Locations are documented.

Do our administrator accounts, licences and domains stay in our name?

Yes. They are held in your name. We operate, you remain administrator.

Do we have to sign an annual contract to work with you?

No. We define a written scope. You fund the agreed services.

Do you work in Belgium and France?

Yes. Head office in Brussels, office in Paris. Each mandate follows the market: language, regulation, local providers.
